Unfortunately, the panelvan has not yet received a license plate, the RDW approved the car on almost all points, but it must be returned for the chassis number to be punched in, which must be in the chassis and may not be on a registration plate, at the time of inspection, it was not possible to have the chassis number punched in by an RDW employee who was authorized to do so, unfortunately. The parking brake adjustment needs to be tighter and rubber on the brake pedal. For the rest absolutely perfect!

In the meantime, I have started the Kustom work, the headlights will get a unique appearance. I have come up with a design for this, drawn it and a digital file is currently being created so that it can be made in plastic.

I shaped the outer sunvisor in metal and it has already been sprayed and given a patina so that it matches the patina of the car. First I determined the shape with a cardboard template, the shape was transferred to the first half of the metal sunvisor part and I made a shape pattern from this shape to make the 2nd half so that both shapes matches.

Both halves are welded and lightly filled with filler and the final shape is finished. Then sprayed and provided with some patina. Now it matches the car perfectly. The shine is a little more than the car, but the car will later be put in boiled linseed oil, so the color will revive and shine a little more, so that should be fine.
